Technical measures to avoid the capture of public space

In order to comply with the principle of data minimisation (Art. 5 (1) (c) GDPR), the following measures have been implemented:

• Limitation of the camera’s field of view to the private property of the BRUNNER company
• Masking/pixelation of areas that could point towards public space
• Periodic checking of alignment and masking
• No pan or zoom function that would allow the public space to be captured

• External service providers (e.g. security services, IT service providers)
• Law enforcement authorities in the event of an incident

Transfer to third countries

None

Storage period

6 days, automatic deletion thereafter

Rights of data subjects

• Information, deletion, restriction, objection

None; detection occurs automatically when entering the monitored area.
